Mr. Gideon Emmanuel Tarigan is the founder of Noedig Advocaten Law Firm. His practice is focused on matters involving Corporate Transaction, Capital Market, and Debt Restructuring.

He is a licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is also a licensed receiver-administrator (kurator dan pengurus) in a bankruptcy or suspension of payment processes.

Prior to founding Noedig Advocaten, he worked at reputable and well known law firm in Indonesia with state-owned enterprises as his clients. The list of companies include various business sectors such as financial, banking, oil and gas, agribusiness, and aviation. During his practice as an attorney since the year 2011, he has assisted and actively involved on countless legal matters, cases, and transaction in capital market, banking and transnational loans, and high-profile acquisitions.

He has obtained his bachelor degree from the faculty of law at Trisakti University. In addition, he has been admitted as a member of HKHPM (Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association) and registered legal consultant at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK (Financial Services Authority).
