Mr. Franssoka is counsel of Noedig Advocaten Law Firm. He was graduated from Trisakti University with cum-laude predicate and also holds an MBA degree from University of Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. After graduated in 2010, he worked for one of Indonesian top tier law firm managing Capital Market, Financing, Merger & Acquisition and Dispute Resolution. He also having experience in managing one of the biggest glass manufacturer in South East Asia and also a public listed company at Indonesia Stock Exchange, which requires him to regularly liaise with Financial Service Authority (OJK) and BKPM.

Furthermore, he also get opportunity to work at Fortune500 Company engage in energy industry, managing development activities, project, operational and commercial matters. He also entrusted to manage dispute resolution cases in Indonesia. The forum are varies from BANI, American Arbitration Association, London Court of International Arbitration and UNCITRAL.

1. Initial Public Offering of PT Salim Invomas Pratama Tbk.;
2. Public Offering of Bonds in amount of Rp800.000.000.000,00 of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk.;
3. Acquisition of PT First Media Tbk. by Asia Link Holdings Ltd.; (iv) Initial Public Offering of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. with Preemptive Rights in amount of 428.640.000 shares; and (v) Other commercial transaction of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., PT AKR Corpodindo Tbk., PT Kalbe Farma Tbk., Pikko Group, PT CIMB Niaga Tbk., PT Cardig Aero Services, PT Permata Energy Resources, PT MNC Sky Vision and PT Bank Jabar Tbk.

In addition, he is a licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
