Mr. Martin Pasaribu is the partner of Noedig Advocaten Law Firm whose practice is solely focused on Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring.

He has obtained his bachelor degree from the faculty of law at Sam Ratulangi University and currently pursuing his master degree from the faculty of law at Universitas Gadjah Mada.

He is a licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and also a licensed receiver-administrator (kurator dan pengurus) in a bankruptcy or suspension of payment processes.
